My 1st post!

So if you're here, you're probably a family member, I'm not planning on telling a lot of people about my little blog here, we'll see how things go as time passes.  So I got my 1st Zoya polishes in the mail today.  Absolutely stunned at the beauty of Yara, one of the polishes from the 2011 fall collection Smoke and Mirrors. Yara is an amazing green with a lovely gold shimmer.   I'll hopefully get around to posting some pics. It's always tough for me to order polishes from the internet, you can look at all the swatches you want but truth is, sometimes the colors just don't look good on you.  Unfortunately, I have short nails, so dark colors make my short nails look even shorter...even more unfortunate, dark colors are my favorites!  I'll take some before clean up and after clean up pics of Yara.  After all, this blog is about how horrible I am at painting my nails and how much I love polish!   If you happen by my little blog and you are a fan of polish yourself...please feel free to leave me tips, advice, links or anything!  I'm always open to constructive criticism.  Have a lovely day friends.
